Here’s how I work, what sessions involve and the practical details you’ll need before deciding whether to get in touch.
Online or In Person
In person
I offer face-to-face sessions from two locations in Nottinghamshire:
Edwinstowe
Edwinstowe House, High Street, Edwinstowe, NG21 9PR.
Nottingham
Gothic House, Barker Gate, Nottingham, NG1 1JU.
We’ll discuss which location works best for you and the available appointment times before you book.
If you have questions about getting there, the room or access needs, please ask.
We can talk through the practical details before your first session.
Online
Online sessions mean we can meet without you needing to travel.
You’ll need a suitable device, a reliable internet connection and somewhere private where you can talk without being overheard or interrupted.
If you’re unsure which option would suit you, we can talk it through.
Session Fees
£40–£60 per session
Sessions last 50 minutes.
I offer both in-person and online sessions, depending on what works best for you. We'll agree on a regular day and time.
I want therapy to be as accessible as possible, and I know everyone's financial circumstances are different. The sliding scale means you can choose a fee within this range that feels manageable for you.
There's no expectation to pay the full £60 if that isn't affordable for you. The aim is to find an amount that works for you while allowing me to continue offering a professional and sustainable service.
I review my fees annually, but I will always give you reasonable notice of any changes.
Payment is due by bank transfer within 24 hours of each session, unless we agree otherwise.
